Why is it that some wolves are deceased before the age of 15? Is that not the age that wolves are supposed to have a change to die at? Is it from packs being deleted for being inactive?

On a wolf's page under Manage Your Wolf, there is an option to Retire Wolf. Unwanted wolves can be "retired" at any age, which really means that they die and go to heaven.
