if you mean you can't find the button on a wolf's page, that's because you don't have any breedable females at the moment

Yep, other people can make OCs for you! Many people on Wolfplay sell designs or characters that can be used as OCs, or you can simply find people with design or character commissions open.

a good place to look for premade original designs would be in Adoptables, or in any art shops that say "character creation."
