Yes, some of the staff can see messages if they need to.

Is it possible for a mod to get banned from the game from breaking the rules? Of course, this will most likely never happen, but I was just wondering.

Anyone is at risk of being banned if they break the rules, mod or not.

What do you do when there's no "mod job" for you to do? I would assume you rp and play the games and explore and everything, but are there any activities limited just for mods and admins? Edited at May 7, 2019 10:50 PM by cheesethechao10

We're just like any other player when we aren't modding, but there's almost always something to do.

How many PMs do you get regarding game questions and problems, and what are they usually about? What are the most difficult issues to resolve?

Uhh questions probably 1 a day on average, for me. Sometimes you get bombarded though with like 5-6 people asking questions. Most just ask in chat though. They're usually about premium features, how to become a mod, how to level up in explore, how to breed a brindle pup etc.
Reports maybe 2-3 a day? It depends on when you're online as people will usually Pm the first mod they see.
Uhh, well, any. You could have 1 person trolling that's easy to deal with, or 10 people. You could have a minor he-said she-said fight that carried on in other parts of the site. When people transfer lots and lots of wolves it's annoying to deal with, as you have to go through each and determine which wolf isn't supposed to be there and then check that each have been sent back or retired. Basically any issue can be hard to resolve if people make it hard :') Edited at May 27, 2019 12:20 PM by Mavi
