some boosts don't give any extra advantage in battle, so those would be allowed even in a no boost fight.
like, for example, silver tongue (+50 CP in social). social cp doesn't affect the outcome of a fight, so those would be allowed

Well, battle boosts aren't permitted. Your wolf has a battle boost which shouldn't work

I am not sure. I was thinking the boost probably does not translate into PvP like how you can do nimble foots in non boosted PvP

Can I buy the purple palette and starry night palette with the "what's a palette?" discount?

And then I'll pay and apple just because.

(400 mush would be the actual cost but I'm broke in mush so an Apple's all I got. Consider it a 500 mush tip)
