That is such a long post, holy crap, how many words is it?
And that was an amazing post, I've not read published books like that, I love it so so much.
And Michael's internal thoughts are probably just a stream of 'What the fuck'

So who's going to post a response first? That is the question. I'd personally recommend either the pillars descendants get a post out before the bonds descendants, but eh, maybe it isn't too important who goes first.

I was thinking of posting since I was all excited. But I wanted to see if anyone else would post a response.

I will work on a post! I will try to get a post out tomorrow, but I have work from 9:00-5:00 so I am not sure how much time I will have.

Hah, thanks, the both of you! It's a bit over 4000. Might be the longest I've written, maybe not; I'm not all that sure, but I think it is. The longest I can remember writing before it was around 3000, but there's a possibility I've done longer. Ebanon said: So I'm curious- who would they each gravitate to once the chaos starts? Can the bonds and pillars feel the connection to each other, or will they just be wandering around until they're rounded up?
Probably nobody. If any of the pillars were to start enough shit to be on the news, then they'd know -- otherwise, nope, no one is aware of anything until they're rounded up or unless they're well enough read. The pillars and bonds are not particularly special to one another beyond similar ancestral history. Overthink101 said: So who's going to post a response first? That is the question. Since very few of the characters are in the same place, it doesn't really matter at all who posts first. So yeah, posting order isn't important -- do your response whenever you want.

@TIAPN Alright, cool cool. Where are all the characters in relation to each other though? It's hard to tell, I only know that Garvin is close enough to Aspen for her to be stalking him.

Oh! Also, to be perfectly clear, all of the conversations with the descendants are happening at the same time. The world falling apart would basically happen whenever all of those conversations were finished, so let's say 5 minutes after the gods leave Emery alone.

Er, that's the choice of everyone who owns the characters, really? Emery's in the capital right now and Aspen is apparently close enough to be near them, so, presumably, the both of them are in the capital. Xander is in a nameless city relatively close to the capital but far enough that he can't travel to see Emery and is looking at the screens instead, and everybody else can choose where their character is right now. They don't HAVE to be in the capital, because the bonds will be able to see what happened and will be contacted regardless and the pillars should be relatively easy to find basically no matter what, so... yeah.

Basically! A bunch of natural disasters everywhere, maybe a heat wave here or there, and some unnatural and incredibly sudden terraforming. That's the Dragon Lord (who I'll now be referring to as DL, as it's easier). There are ghosts everywhere, too; think normal humans but incredibly confused, floating and transparent. Some might be possessing shit and going haywire, especially people who were evil or troublemakers in life or people who are just so lost and afraid by being here (because there are people from, like, the 1600s that are alive now) that they're lashing out. Some shit might be transforming into different shit, too, as per UK; like, imagine a fountain breaking from the ground and turning into chocolate milk and a lot of street decor turning into things that can best be described as abstract art, and you've basically got what he's doing. He might turn the water supply in a few cities into wine, like Jesus, because that feels in character.
