I have seen people on WP that are making cute lil gifs and now I feel like I must try to make one. :) so uhh which FREE app in playstore is best to do this? Comment below please! Please also add a gif or 2 you made on the app so I can see what they may look like. ^-^ thanks! |

I haven't made a GIF or anything, but for someone who can only use playstore, or just brand new to animation, use FlipaClip. It's easy to work with for beginners. |
