Skylar smirked at Alex's reaction. He knew that, despite the question being stupid in Sky's eyes, it would spark a reaction from Alex. He took another big sip of his tea, glancing at all of Alex's friends. The game was getting a bit boring, but he was sure that if more juicy questions were asked that he'd still want to play. "Bev, give us something good." Skylar said, turning his head to look her way.

Alex found himself wanting to ask, needing to know what "best friend" he had kissed. Had they been in a relationship? Was it a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing? In that moment he found himself wishing that this game was over and he and Skylar were alone. Instead, he studied the male beside him for a moment before he turned his gaze to Bev when Sky requested she give a good question. Bev grinned at that and leaned back. "Never have I ever fantasized about someone in this room doing something completely filthy to me." She said, letting her gaze meet each of her friends. Alex, who had been in the middle of drinking from his can stiffened, his eyes widening as he looked at her and sucked in a breath only to end up inhaling some of the spiked tea he'd been drinking.

Skylar swallowed thickly, staring blankly at Bev. He didn't know what to do. Turning his gaze to rest on Alex, his eyes widened a bit when he sipped to the question. Since Alex did that, if Skylar answers honestly, then maybe his friends will suspect something. If he doesn't answer honestly, then his friends will probably think it's one of them. Fuck it. Sky turned his gaze from Alex quickly before sipping on his drink as well. Sky knew if Alex was just one drink in he would of never done that, maybe he's more drunk than Skylar thought. Taking a deep breath, Sky leaned back more.

Alex hadn't given much thought to the fact that by drinking he was all but admitting to having done what Bev had asked. All he had been thinking about was trying to ease the tightness in his throat the second he'd heard the question. When Skylar took a sip of his drink, Alex raised his brows in surprise before he cleared his throat and quickly looked away. Bev, ever mindful and sharp hadn't paid much attention to Will or Ben drinking, but to Skylar and Alex. She raised a brow in interest but ultimately decided not to question him on it. Alex bit at the inside of his cheek when his gaze met Bev's, he paused for a moment before looking away and taking another sip of his tea, his heart was thundering wildly in his chest and he felt his stomach clench in anxiety in response to the question he'd just heard.

Skylar studied Alex, and he almost felt as if he could hear Alex's heart beating rapidly. Turning his gaze to Ben, who was next to ask a question. "Boring, your turn Ben." Skylar said, taking another sip of his tea. Sky wanted to get Alex alone again, to see if he was okay, but he knew that it would be suspicious after the question that Bev had asked. Taking a deep breath, he let it out with a sigh. Skylar stumbled to get up, feeling the effects of the alcohol once he was fully standing. He took the last sip of his drink and started to walk back to the kitchen. "Want another Alex?" Sky asked, glancing over his shoulder.

Ben raised a brow when he was told it was his turn. He glanced at Bev before giving a slight nod and falling quiet to think over what he was going to ask. Alex didn't say anything, instead, he remained still and looked forward. When Skylar stood, he looked up at him and tilted his head at the question. "Sure..." He answered after a moment. He considered remaining seated but ultimately he moved to stand. He did so a little too quickly and wobbled a little before he managed to balance himself. Okay, maybe he shouldn't have any more... if he continued he had a feeling he'd be needing a lot more help getting home than he had originally planned on having. Instead of listening to the logical side of his brain that told him he should stop, he moved to head into the kitchen after Skylar to get himself another drink.

Skylar stumbled ever so slightly while he made his way to the kitchen. If Sky was going to be the most sober one, then he probably shouldn't drink anything too heavy. Maybe just one more twisted tea, he thought. He heard footsteps behind him, so he turned around, only to see Alex. "Hey, you good to drink more?" Skylar asked quietly so the others wouldn't hear. Staring at Alex, he realized he really wanted to be alone with him. Being at this party was draining for Sky, but he was doing it for Alex.

Alex would be lying if he said he wasn't regretting his decision to come to this party, if only for the fact that he couldn't touch or kiss Skylar like he wanted to. And god, with each drink of alcohol, he had that want only seemed to grow until he found himself desperately fighting any urges to brush his fingers against Skylars or look at him not as a friend but as the guy he was in love with and the guy he was dating. When he reached the kitchen and heard Sky's question he glanced at the drinks and gave a nod, despite knowing better. "I think I can handle one more, but then I should stop or I'm gonna need to be carried home." He said half teasingly and with a soft laugh. He let his gaze continue to rest on Skylar as he moved over him.

Skylar nodded before turning around. "I can carry you home though, princess style." Skylar replied. He grabbed another twisted tea for Alex and hesitated to grab one. He needed to be sober enough for Alex, so he ultimately decided not to grab another. Instead, Skylar grabbed a bottle of water. "Needa be slightly sober for your ass." Sky said, chuckling a bit. Before handing the twisted tea to Alex, he cracked the can open and took a little sip. He raised his eyebrows before giving the can to Alex. "Oh are you also staying at my place tonight? You might get too wasted to go home." Skylar asked.

At the suggestion that Skylar would carry him princess-style, Alex gave him an amused but incredulous look. "Uh-huh." He said with interest. "You do realize that's like a forty-minute walk from here... right?" He asked with a hint of laughter in his voice. Letting his gaze drop to the can of tea that Skylar had grabbed for him he listened as he continued, and at the question he paused. Honestly, he hadn't thought of that, though perhaps he should have. Going home as wasted as Skylar seemed determined to get him... wasn't a good idea. Even tipsy as hell he knew that. "You sure your mom would be fine with me staying the night?" He asked before he moved to take the can of tea that had been cracked open and handed to him.
