Sylphrena || 3 || Band || M: Cairo, Czar, Sierra, Amor The white female stood abruptly and shifted her gaze towards the territory of the pack. A flicker of doubt crossed her features, but she did not voice her opinion. The problem with being in the band was that all of them were fairly dominant. Not easy to step on. That meant that ranks were nonexistent, and no wolf ever held leadership very long. "We haven't scouted much," she warned, finally stepping in to the conversation. "Czar, you're the only one with prior knowledge of the pack's workings, as far as I know." She brushed past him lightly, then paused to study Sierra with a curious glint in her eyes. "Sierra. This wolf that you encountered... Did they give any hints as to what the pack would be up to now? Will they all be in camp, for example, or was there any mention of a patrol? We need to know where their general location will be if we're going to attack now." She emphasized the final word with a look of mild irritation. Not at Sierra, necessarily, but Syl had been planning on executing the attack in a day or two, not a couple hours. The pack's border was barely two miles out, but an effective attack took time. Sylphrena turned back to the rest of the group and raised her voice. "We need to assume this wolf will tell the others about their encounter," she said slowly. "The question is when the pack will react." Syl turned to the older members, orange eyes meeting each of theirs. "What is the best course of action to combat a swift response?"

Sierra-7 years-Band - - "When I first met him he had to go back to the Pack. I followed him there and I saw they were sending out patrols.. One of their wolves challenged the other to be beta. I don't know when they will start fighting or which day they will, but they have patrols out right now. Sierra responded sitting up. "I think we should wait the attack until after the wolves fight for beta at dusk." She licked her paw. "Then we might have a better chance at getting the element of surprise on them cause they'll be sleeping, plus with one no two of their wolves injured we might have a better chance at taking some down quickly." Cairo || 6 || Band || M: Syl, Sierra, Czar, Amor The paler male observed the ensuing chaos with a calm demeanor. This was a daily occurrence; besides, neither physical nor verbal violence bothered him in the slightest. He'd grown callous to such things long ago. Cairo parted his maw in a yawn and tilted his head from side to side to crack his neck. "Getting there first, before they have time to congregate is one option," he sighed as he stretched out. As Sierra voiced her thoughts, he nodded thoughtfully. "Two wolves would already be weakened if we waited until after they completed their challenge. That's two less to take care of ourselves." He shifted his icy gaze to Czar and Amor, licking his maw contentedly. He'd said his piece; now it was their turn.

Char--3--Subordinate--M: Larkspur, Kalypso The chaos of being in a pack. Char thought after the betas and alpha straightened everything and everyone out. Someone always makes trouble. He was thankful when his name had been called for hunter. However, the ruckus of all of the challenges and drama caused him to be irritable and impatient. He wanted to hunt, to run and to feel the wind ruffle his fur. But stupid politics got in the way. Winter is coming faster than we know it and we need to stock up provisions. Not some a dumb political debate! Char snapped. Who cares if Larkspur is young? We'll not survive if we carry on like this any longer. He was partially tempted to voice these thoughts but he never had been popular so no-one would listen. Besides, it wasn't his problem. It was Larkspur's and Char would rather stay neutral. Impatiently, he paced the ground while things were finally getting sorted out. Finally the beta female barked out orders and the hunters moved their way out. Storm-4 years-Subdornate - - Storm woke up from his nap and saw the bite started to crust up a little bit. I guess it's healing. He stood up a stretched. Ha see I didn't need someone to help me. He thought as he looked around. Did the patrols go out and I was sleeping when they went out? Doesn't matter the beta had to make a fuss and not let me hunt. I'd rather work then be wasting valuable time. He walked around to try to find Fang but he couldn't see him anywhere. He sighed and went back to his spot and layed down. When's the patrol gonna be back? Storm thought as he layed there with his eyes closed. Edited at October 6, 2021 06:52 AM by Isa's Pack

Czar || 4 || Band || M: Cairo, Autumn, Amor Czar huffs. “Very smart of you, Cairo. Maybe it is best if we wait a little longer.” The tan male sits, glancing to the side before looking back at the other wolves. “I know a few things about this pack, but not many. Ridding this territory of these retched wolves was never my goal, until now.” The broad male reminesses on his time before he joined the band, when all was well, and he still had a wolf to care for. He had never truly been a loner, not with Autumn around. But that all came to a halt when she stopped visiting, for reasons unknown. Czar shakes his head, now wasn’t the time to dwell on the past. However… “I may know a wolf who could help us, but we would have to find them first. If they still live, that is. As of now…” the arrogant male turns his head to the wolf he tried to address earlier, “Amor, you were once a part of that pack, weren’t you?”

Mushroom || 7 || Elder || M: Fang, Luna, Other Pack Members The elder wolf waits with a neutral expression. While being unable to decipher what was going on, she understood the circumstances well enough. “Arrogance runs through this pack like a downhill river.” the black-brown she mumbles. To her, this pack was barely recognizable. So much arguing, so many challenges. She huffs, dreaming of giving the younger wolves a piece of her mind. “These youngin’s. Ain’t got no respect.” Mushroom lays back down, staring blankly into the distance. Her throat grew ever more parched as time went on, but she could wait. The pack’s need came before her own. The elder’s ears perk up at the sound of a wolf needing a pup to be looked after. “I can look after the pup, dear.” She calls to the wolf. At least I can make myself somewhat useful. “Just need an escort to the stream first,” she chuckles, “hard to speak with a parched throat.”

Sierra-7 years-Band - - Sierra walked out of the camp not caring if anyone saw. She sniffed for a scent of prey but didn't find a scent. She walked a little more still sniffing. She smelled a rabbit scent and followed it quietly at the end of the trail she saw it munching on grass. She creeped closer to the fluffy rabbit. She slapped her paw on its back pinning it, and bit it's neck and killed it. She found one more rabbit and then brought the prey back to the band. "Hey I just decided to get you guys some prey." She said and dropped the rabbits. She went back to her spot one a rock and layed down. Edited at October 6, 2021 06:45 AM by Isa's Pack

Midnight cringe's farther into the root's, her back pressed to the wall of dirt. " What do you want " She crie's as she see's the closest bush russle. The alpha Hyena steps out of the bush. He sniff's around near the root's before laughing manically. Is it the sickness mother told me about? The one called Rabies? She shuffle's a bit, trying to see if the hyena had the foam near their mouth. The alpha hyena hadnt heard anything, his hearing failed. The other hyena's stalk out of the bushe's snapping twig's loudly as they came. She spot's the foamy spittle on the hyena's muzzle. They have the foam! Now i have to see their eye's... Mother said they were bloodshot, whatever that mean's... The word blood is in it so maybe Red? She shuffle's quietly, peeking dangerously out of the root's to see their eye's. She stifle's a yelp as she see's the bloodshot eye's of the Alpha hyena. She crawl's back under the root's, as far as she could from the hyena's. The foam, the red eye's, the craziness. They have Rabies! Mother said to stay away from them, because in the end they infect and kill. She shudder's quietly and sadly, knowing the wolf she called Mother had abandoned her, but she couldnt bring herself to call her Moon, or Alpha for that matter.

Mateo :: 6 :: Sub :: M- The pack, Camilla Camilla :: 2 :: Omega :: The pack, Mateo, Kappa, Mateo "You know what? You got point. I'll go check to see if he's mingling among the others. Thanks!" Camilla was practically sweating bullets as she waited for Kappa's answered. As she was finally able to get air in her lungs, she heard ruckus happening with the rest of the pack. Oh my. I guess at some point a fight was gonna break out, but was hoping it wouldn't be this soon. We need to be together at this time. But no one will listen to a mere omega... Her attention went back to Kappa when she commented on enjoying the show as omegas. "It'll come back to bite us at some point if nothing is done." She tried to stand straight but the voice of Kalypso had caused an instinct within her to tuck her tail and lower herself to the ground. Just a little something that was formed within her during her time at the bottom of the ranking system. "Someone has to do them," Camilla tried to play off her sudden movement, "We all have needs. I'm just glad I'm able to help out whenever I can." And with that, the she-wolfscampered off. She jogged over to Storm, who seemed to throw a tantrum before finding a spot to nap. Maybe it would be best to treat the newbie as he napped. Once she was by his side, Camilla got to work. She wasn't very familiar with herbs and medicine, but her knowledge was enough to get wolves going. Camilla did the best she could and made sure his wounds were completely sealed and stopped bleeding before leaving him be. Mateo came by and gave his sister gentle "hello" licks on top of her head. The she-wolf's body language made it clear to the older brother that she was stressed. "You alright?" Mateo kept his deep voice on the low. His eyes hopped from one wolf to another as the argument continued. "Yes, I'm alright. I just need to lay down for a bit. I can feel a headache coming along." Her tail wagged a litte and even smiled to finish off her sentence. However, Mateo can easily see the tired wolf behind the mask. He always worried if his sister was getting enough food everyday. It may just be him being worried over nothing, but she appears thinner and less energetic as the days go by. Mateo's fluffy ears turned to Kalypso's direction has she, practically yelled, asking why the patrol group was still here. "I'll try to bring some extra food back for you. You're small enough as it is." The large wolf wasn't exactly sure how the higher ranks would feel about him hunting exclusively for Camilla, but even if they were somehow offended by it, Mateo would continue to do it. He already lost one sister. He's not losing another. The siblings quickly touched noses before Mateo headed out, whether the rest of the patrol group was ready or not.
