Atri trekked on for a while, heading in a straight line away from the town. His cat ears were laid flat against the top of his head as he moved along. He heard a sound to his right, stopping for a second. He stared into the bushes before flicking his ear and running up the trunk of a nearby tree. |

She stopped and looked around. She heard the birds go quiet, except for the single call of a Mocking Bird that said "Stay away, hide, possible danger." The squirrels and the other animals said the same. She stepped into the shadows of a big tree and hid behind it's bark. |

Atri stared out from the treetops, his ears swiveling around as he focused on his surroundings, taking in every detail. There was a rustle in the bushes semi near them, and a branch snapped. He growled quietly as he recognised the uniforms on the approaching people. Cops. "Shit. We gotta go." He flicked his tail before clambering down the tree to the ground. |

Tobias, intrigued by Mika and Arti's words began slithering from tree to tree. Though he wasn't very quick he managed to stay just a foot or two away. His head now began spinning slightly, as he thought about why the cops were chaing these two. He wondered if they had done something wrong. Are they criminals? he thought to himself. |

Atri lowered his face to the ground, sniffing around. He pattered through some more bushes before changing his appearance again. The smoke dissipated, leaving a small moth. He fluttered up into the trees leaves, landing on a small leaf. He let out a tiny sigh. "Shouldve been quicker. Now we'll have to wait and be extra careful.." He thought to himself. His moth wings were starting to smoke the tiniest bit, hardly noticable, easily being carried off by the wind. He groaned internally, annoyed by the lack of control he had on his abilities, his limits were very easily reached. |
