|Illusion|
Illusion blinked at Lou.

"Umm. Not really. A good example would be if your walking through the forest by yourself and you get a feeling that youu shouldn't be there, you should listen to your gut, and turn around." Illusion looked at him, and nodded before loping off. Lou followed.

Illusion dropped into a crouch as he spotted a old deer. He crept up on it, and pounced. He grabbed its neck and pulled it to the ground. He felt the blood rushing into him mouth, and he smiled. He quickly finished it off, and stood up. He let out a howl, blood dripping off of his muzzle. He sat down, and cleaned it off.

"A deer is one of the messy's things to hunt." Illusion said, meeting Lou eyes.

"Help me drag it back to camp." He grabbed it's neck, and began to drag it.

(But Shrike was never part of a partrol >:)

Shrike bounced up and down, running to and from the trees, sniffing each on in turn. He turned around for what was probably the hundredth time before giving a big sigh, and sitting down. They were lost.

"Ra!" Came a confused squack when Shrike sad down. Redwing fluttered upward and ended up landing on the pup's head.

"Ra! Shrike get lost? Ra!" She said, bending over and looking Shrike straight in the eyes, upside down.

"No! Of course I'm not lost Ra! Look, its... um... this way!" And with that he started running off, even farther into the woods.

Redwing fluttered off Shrike's head and onto his back as soon as he started running. She gripped as tight as she could without hurting the pup.

"Ra! Watch were you are going young pup!" She squaked at Shrike when she ducked to aviod a branch. He was running as fast as he could for a pup and it was faster than Redwing would have liked.

"Ra! We lost pup! Stop!" As soon as she said that though, Shrike stopped, making Redwing almost fly headfirst into a bush. It wasn't because of Redwing that Shrike stopped though, it was because of the huge bear right in front of them.

Illusion had hunteda huge old deer, it would probably feed their pack for days to come. He smiled at the slightly scary face of the friendly Illusion. He nodded and laughed in agreements that the deer were the most messiest prey to catch and kill. He could see that clearly . His heart swelled in pride when he was Invited to help his idol help their pack. He helped as best as he could but he feared he was just being a pain. So he grabbed a n to the deer's limp thigh and trotted after Illusion. Illusion was no doubted doing all the work as he was much stronger than a small pup.

Artekis did not want to invade Seya's privavcu. She thought for a bit and said in dismay "You are Seya right ? You look a little different but your smell is the same as Seya,Like a fresh spring morning." She smiled and looked at the wolf she had thought but was Seya, really hoping it was Seya and not some wolf she had terrorized randomly.

|Illusion|

Illusion stopped and sniffed the air. Was that Shrikes scent? Illusion dropped the deer.

"I'll be back Lou, I have to go and find Shrike." Illusion bolted in to the woods, following the scent. He rolled his eyes when he realized that he'd been around the same tree nearly 100 times. He turn a corner and saw a bear standing there. It was a small bear. Illusion howled at it. The bear turned towards him.

Illusion stepped between the bear and Shrike.

"Get to the bushes." Illusion nudged Shrike, not taking away any eye contact with the bear. The bear nodded, and back off, lumbering away.

Illusion turned to Shrike.

"You need to stay close to the dens unless with a grown wolf." his tone was firm, but soft.

Shrike was about to probably do something not too smart but stopped himself when he saw Illusion comming out of the bushes. Instead he watched facinated as the warrior got between him and the bear. Suddenly he didn't feel so afraid.

"Yeah right, I'm not leaving." He said, rolling his eyes. He would never leave, he couldn't even believe Illusion wanted him to run away from his first battle.

Instead of the heroic show down between wolf and bear that Shrike wanted, the bear just walked off. It probably just didn't like being startled by a little runaway wolf and his bird.

"I've survive alone for my whole life, why is it now that I have to be taken care of?" Shrike said. He was honestly confused at all of this. He had come upon these wolves himself, tracked them and everything. He had hunted for himself, found water and food to survive on, and now he was considered a pup? Of course he had gotten hurt, ever wolf had, he just didn't understand how a pack worked, and how Lou could stand it.

|Illusion|

Illusion smiled at him.

"Lets head back to camp. I've caught a fresh doe." Illusion pushed his way through the bushes. He let out a deep breath.

"Hey Lou." He smiled, and picked up the doe again.

Illusion was dragging it up the hill backwards when he saw Brecken walking towards him.

"Hey Brecken!" Illusion smiled.

"Let me help you." The small wolf said, grabbing the other front leg. Illusion nodded, and they pulled it up the hill, and into the camp.

Back in camp Illusion took a small piece for himself. Brecken took enough for his family, and went back to his den.

Illusion laid down in some shade, wondering what was taking Killjoy so long.

Killjoy let out a sharp breath. They needed a healer now. He looked around. Killjoy walked a bit away, and raised his head towards the tops of the trees. He let out a fierce howl that sounded like it could shake the ground under him. Where the hell did Shadow go? He sighed, and walked back to Flame.

"Hold on." He said softly, laying next to her.

Lou nodded and he watched Illusion leave . He guarded the doe by walking around it and snarling and growling at any movement or shadows that passed the area around the prey. He stopped and froze when a bear's roar sounded not far from where Illusion disappeared off to, but his tail wagged as Illusion returned. They dragged it along and a wolf Louvel did not know joined it helping them. The wolf took some of the prey for him and perhaps his family. He looked at Illusion and joined him by the doe's body. He looked up at Illusion and asked "Illusion, who was that wolf that joined and helped us?" He wondered about the beautiful wolf, trying to guess who he was before Illusion told him but he had nothing.

Shalah heard the howl and quickened her pace. Alha had gone off with the foxes to find Shadow but Shalah had forgotten to ask for directions due to the herbs in her mouth. A wolf jumped in front of her and she startled but it nodded at her before bounding down the path. She followed it before coming to a massacred camp. Spotting Killjoy next to a wolf, she quickly got started on her while the gray wolf sat down next to Killjoy. Night flicked an ear at him, "River went hunting. She couldn't find Shadow but apparently found a good rabbit meadow. She's going to bring something by for us to eat." Night said before looking down at Flame.

Flame was sleeping again. She woke up as the healer started to work on her but stayed still for her. At the sound of her brother's name, she looked over at them. "Check the cave. It's probably covered by logs by now, but that was going to be their home for the pups. As he described it to me, its on the other side of the human town past the river. Dead trees have probably covered the entrances but knowing him, he found a way in."
