Merlin's Thoughts/Opinions of other Wolfdogs:
Sable: Merlin sees her as a younger sister due to her age and demeanor. He is often soft approaching her and friendly acting towards the girl. He admires her compassion.
Jeraboa: He doesn’t like to undermine anyone. But he sees him as a weak link due to Jeraboa being cripple. In the captive life he was not as concerned, now in the wild he is more troubled with the young male. He is afraid that Jeraboa will be an easy target to other threats.
Nightingale: He respects her for her position and dominance. Though he is partially conflicted with her free spirit nature. He also doesn't necessarily agree with her forgiving spirit and easy punishments. But he also knows someone needs to be more tender and gentle than him.
Doji: He admires her mindset and her strong will. He doesn't necessarily agree with her sharp tongue and having to put her thoughts on everything. Though he knows she is smart and is meaning it for everyone and survival.
Echo: Merlin admires her strong work ethic and likes that she is willing to work through anything. Also he gets worried that she overworks herself to a point of exhaustion.Her empathy is her strongest and weakest trait and he believes it would be her downfall if anyone uses it for their own gain.
Star: He sees her as easily adhd brain. He doesn't like that she can be distracted by anything. Or her weird voices that she talks to are troubling and absurd. Though her protective nature and warm tendencies are redeeming to her.
Kiran: Merlin gets easily annoyed from his antics. Though he understands he is also just a large adult puppy. Though Merlin will correct his behavior with harsh growls or nips. He is more conflicted that his rebellious nature will get him in trouble by authority or with his life of predator.
Timber: Merlin is really unsure of Timber. He knows he is helpful when he is needed, but he is quiet and shy. So he really doesn't know anything about him.
Anubis: Merlin despises Anubis. Since Anubis arrived he has been gunning after Merlin’s position. Merlin has had to put Anubis in his place multiple times from Anubis challenging his position countless times. He knows now his leadership is more in jeopardy with the sudden change of their lives. The only thing Anubis likes about Anubis is his selfless antics.
Deverick: A male dog that has potential for a high ranking. He just needs to get his work ethic into shape. Merlin appreciates he is trying but all he wants is a little more. He respects that he has non-giving up spirit. Though he does not like the victim mentality he seems to have with not taking accountability.
Recon: Merlin is deeply appreciative of Recon's unwavering loyalty for his leadership. He sees Recon as a brother and trusted companionship. He knows Recon is tough as nails but he isn't just all that. But Merlin keeps a watchful eye for his buddy's epileptic episodes that might arise. Merlin matches Recon's loyalty with a shred of grateful that he has someone to fall back on when things do go wrong.
