How do you use it to color line art?

With Autodesk Sketchbook:
Save the Lineart to your images, and then upload the image onto the app. Add another layer on top of the lineart and begin colouring.
Its not the best app for lineart colouring, but fantastic in every other department.

Sketchbook can be very good for coloring, if you just know how to use it. I use it very frequently, but i cant explain stuff without images. So if you ever need help with it, you can pm me c:

I wouldn't recommend putting a layer on top of the line-art, unless you're using it as a reference. But yet, upload it.
I find that it depends on how sharp you want your colors.
If you want the colors to be sharp and clear, use a pen(I use the technical pen) and if you want more muted and softer colors use an air brush.
