I recently got a Mac, and I'm having some trouble finding any art programs to use. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try Medibang, I think that supports Mac. Not entirely sure though, I can't check at the moment.

Autodesk Sketchbook. Its incredible.
Super user friendly, incredibly easy to use and you can change things around to your liking. You can download hundreds of brushes made by other artists and can adjust and make some yourself. Also comes with brushes that are digital versions of copic markers.
Its completely free, too ^^
