There is a glitch where i go to send mushrooms to somebody in a mushroom transfer, but it says the pack must be actively played in order to receive the mush. They ARE online, and I keep trying, but it still says the same thing, help!

This is not a glitch. Either you or that pack is new to WP and you need to be on WP more before you can transfer mush tto another pack.

You and the pack you are sending mush to each need to have at least two wolves. If you do not, the game does not consider you an active pack
