A lean and agile form graces the body of Lalani, built up from years of adventuring, training, and just working in general. Her muscles are mostly centered around her abdomen and arms, but some not-as-prominent ones lining her legs. Those of her upper body make for some rather strong hits whenever she fights, but not enough to be considered any sort of strength. Traversing through dense vegetation appears to be one of its fortays, the muscles in her legs working well with her more agile ways. However, unlike many agile specimens, she is surprisingly durable – able to take a number of reasonable hits within batting an eye. Though this is likely due to the sheer amount of injuries she has gained over the years if the scarring around her body is anything to go by. Her 5’7” stature usually holds a rather relaxed posture, nothing like those of nobleman or refined folk. If anything it could be considered slightly lazy, especially when she appears to slouch. Still it does retain some more feminine qualities that some could consider attractive. Some curvature is noticeably present around her sides, but is not heavily leaned into – grasping onto a more modest approach. Her skin is of a tan hue and quite a lovely one at that. A tattoo is painted over the skin of the underside of her arm (just below her wrist), black in color and easy to spy if not for its orientation. Its design is that of a simplistic compass, with the north arrow pointing to her palm and the south down her arm. At the east and west, the drawings of a sunset and sunrise are in their respective places. She tends to hold this marking into the light whenever trying to tell directions.
The face of this warrior is feminine in structure, consisting of a round and soft profile – a mature yet youthful look attached to it. A beautiful colleague of features in her mind but one she never brags about, merely being grateful to have such aspects. Her head takes the “common” heart shaped approach with some more defined edges to her jawline and chin. However, such shifts in direction remain soft rather than the chiseled look most men obtain. The skin of this area is almost completely smooth and lacking in freckles, leaving it to retain a more consistent tone. It is possible, at times, to spy the smallest amount of natural flush along the tops of her cheeks whenever she is in some sort of lighting. Long and rich chocolate-brown hair frames the sides of her face, meshing wonderfully with the hue of her skin. Its part is mostly centered but does lean and slant slightly to the right. These strands all have a modest curve or wavy quality to them, with some ends going so far as to curl out from the rest in mass. Thick strands of bangs come down either side of her head, though only those on her left are visible – those on the right blending in seamlessly with the rest. The left-sided bangs cover a good portion of her eye (around half to be exact) as well as the entirety of her ear. When working, training, fighting, or the like, her hair tends to be tied up into a ponytail. Her ears are human shaped for the most part, but do carry a vague point to them at their tips. A hint towards some more diluted elfish blood, perhaps? Her eyes are almond shaped, their irises a light amber hue. They always come off as calm and relaxed in “posture” and demeanor, but with a playful glint cropping up here and there. Outside of this, they are not all that expressive.
Two main outfits form the makeup of Briggs’ wardrobe throughout the trip, fit for differing circumstances to allow for some diversity in wear. The first outfit of the two seems to focus heavily on more formal occasions the group could possibly encounter – as unlikely as it seems. Its centerpiece is a sleeveless black dress, its shade bordering along the lines of “gray.” The sides of the “fancy” wear curve around her arms, leaving the bare edges of her shoulders bare while the rest remain covered. Its collar wraps partially up her neck, securing its hold on her form without the threat of its fabric slipping said shoulders. Around her midsection it is pretty form-fitting, outlining a good chunk of her curves but not being uncomfortably tight. The lower portion ends a few inches after her knees and is just a smidge wavy around the hem in design. Two white lines run down the sides of the front (one on each side), starting alongside her “sleeves” and ending at its bottom. Short and black leather boots are paired with this dress, not terribly expensive or pristine in appearance but fancy enough to pass by. Strings of a slightly lighter black criss-cross down the front but add very little utility. Their design is, naturally, made to protect her feet while still being lightweight in order to not hinder her agility. Socks are worn with these shoes. Her second outfit does appear to take a lot of inspiration from her first. It consists of a long sleeved or sleeveless gray top – her choice completely dependent on the circumstance – and long khaki colored pants. The shirts, like the dress, are on the “form-fitting” side but with more room to breathe than its counterpart. The pants are partially curled up at their ends, leaving room to show off her shoes that would lie underneath otherwise. Said shoes are another pair of leather boots, now brown in color for both leather and string. Like before, they are lightweight rather than clunky but still provide a measurable amount of defense. A camo green jacket can sometimes be observed hanging loosely around her shoulders and arms, never closed and seemingly lacking in any manner to do so – as though plucked out by herself. Pockets line its fabric both inside and out, providing means to hold a great range of smaller items. Though they are mostly reserved for a favorite of hers. On the hotter days, she tends to wrap this jacket around her waist (after taking out its pockets’ contents of course). Chainmail may also be present on some days, but it is not all that common.
Practical are most of the accessories of this lady, pertaining almost entirely to her class and weapon(s) of choice with some exceptions. Of these outliers there are only two, both of which are only tied into her more formal outfit. A sun-hat is the first of these two – a rarer sight to behold in all truthfulness but not one that will go unknown by others. Its coloration is of a dark blue, nearing black on the spectrum of that color. Around her neck a necklace of four strands extends, each strand gets increasingly longer as it goes on. The first part is of a soft fabric coiling around her neck like a modern day choker. The second a string of pearls just barely looser than the fabric. The third strand is merely a string of black leather with nothing adorning its material. Finally, the fourth strand is a mix of small beads and natural pearls – all brightly colored and standing out from her dress. At its center, a singular black pearl can be observed. For her secondary and main outfit she wears neither of these. Instead, a multitude of belts and holsters line her body – coating almost every limb and section with at least one of them. One goes around her chest, another her waist, a third and fourth around her upper thighs, and a fifth around her upper right arm. All are made from highly durable leather and are snuggly set into their places. Knives are what these belts and holsters hold, her favorite weapon or “preciouses” as she would say. They can be found almost everywhere like these belts: one inside her left boot (in either outfit), three around her chest, one in the holster on her arm, more than she can count within the pockets of her jacket (all encased on leather to prevent damage to either), and at least two on each side of her waist belt. Almost every single knife is completely unique from the rest, with different purposes and skills depending on its blade. Those which seem to share an appearance are meant to act as dual weapons.
Lalani’s voice is not exactly one considered to be easy on the ears. It is a bit scratchy by nature but not annoyingly so – something that is always present but exemplified in the mornings. Its pitch is medium-leaning-low for more feminine calls, pairing oddly well with its slightly rougher sound. It is not loud either, sticking to an inside voice almost constantly – thus allowing it to be spoken over somewhat easily (though she tends to just allow this). Few have heard her raise her volume, if anyone at all. Her anger does not rile her up like most, being more of a low and steady boil then a rising steam. Its tone is calm like the expression of her eyes and carries that same side of playfulness to it. A promise for inevitable teasing is its most probable source. Despite the lack in shifting volume and unlike her eyes, her tone is a lot more expressive than her eyes.

Skills:
Knife Skills
Lalani is considered to be quite competent in handling knives – knowing their ins and outs like the back of her hand. Parrying, disarming, and “getting the drop” on opponents are but some of the skills she has developed from training with these weapons. Even the aspect of throwing knives is a part of her arsenal despite her more close range ways. Though she dares not do so to not lose any of her precious stash. She… is a bit too attached to these knives if she were being honest.
Directional Skills
The brown haired girl is surprisingly adept at discerning directions! Though no tracker nor scout, she can easily and swiftly decipher where exactly she is heading by simply looking at the sky. There is very little getting lost with her.
Pain Resistance
Both a pro and a con if one were to be truthful. With the amount of times Lalani has gotten herself injured over the years she has developed a large amount of pain resistance to her name. It is not uncommon to see her rather injured yet completely unfazed by the situation. Though, this does mean that she may be hurt unknowingly at times.

Affiliations:
Open. I want her ta have a few people she can be competitive with.
Other:
- Lalani comes from a well off family though not a particularly rich one. They possess enough wealth to buy some more expensive gifts (at times) but not enough to do so consistently.
- No one touches her knife stash without her permission. Absolutely no one.
And I forgot ta put the extra bit again- So how about the Screaming Death from the How To Train Your Dragon series? Always thought the design and small bit of lore behind was quite nice.
