Realistically, the only way to be able to do that is when there are no mods online and even then you have to phrase it carefully.

The best thing to do, when seeing a rule break and there's no mods available is to screenshot and then send them a DM.

Hmm.. It appears that you want to give off a sketchy type of vibe, and I love it. I feel like maybe you listen to rock. I definitely think of Gangsta's Paradise by Falling In Reverse everytime I look at your avatar. You seem to like the more vibrant-dark color sets. It matches the mood. ^^

You seem to have that myserious feeling that I don't quite have the word for. Like an abadoned city left for nature to slowly creep back, covering the cobblestones and reclaiming the land it once owned. It's kind of a sad feeling, but better to be described as bittersweet. The memories of the city now live on in nature as the cycle continues.
