Jace Jace grinned at how her breathe hitched, "I can tell." He whispered back refering to how she gripped his leg. It pleased him to know how he effected her. After her little stunt he was going to play dirty with her all night. His eyes laid on hers staring with a look of raw, feral desires and a bit of satistfation. He turned from her watching as trays of food came their way. "Our foods here love." Jace murmered to her teasingly. He watched as Morgan loomed his eyes over the waitress like meat. It made him fume but he brushed it off. There was no point. He grabbed Colettes food first passing her chicken alfredo to her. Then he grabbed his staring at the best smelling food ever. "Looks good" He muttered not focusing on the feelings throbbing from his stomach. He rather focused on his hunger, his appitite was small though. Not like he could eat much in this situation. His eyes loomed over on Colette still seeing her eyes stiring with frustation, or perhaps desperation. It made him even more starved. He had her right where he wanted her. Jace jerked as his brother leaned over and stole a fried pickle. "Hey?!," Jace barked turning to bicker with him. His brother already had a mouth full of his own food and Jaces too. "Keep your dirty hands off my food Morgan." He muttered not so bitterly. Focusing back to his food he ate a bit before leaning over to Colette, "Is your food good? It smells good.. Let me have a bite loveee." He slurred his words smirking as he stared at her food quite interested. "You can have some of mine." He refered to his enchilada's. They were good but he wasn't quite hungry. Her food did strike a cord. Or maybe he was just trying to tease her. Edited at July 29, 2024 01:55 PM by Lost Rune

•Colette• • Colette was struggling in the best of ways, having never found anyone who could keep up so well with her flirts and teases. She could play dirtier, but god was she already flustered. Did she really want to risk making him tease her any harder? Yes. Yes she did. The way he looked at her only fueled the desire to rile him up as much as he had her. "Mm, wonderful. I'm starving," she whispered, her words having a double meaning. She was hungry, yes, but she was craving something more out of him, his teases only making her frustrations and desires grow. She was becoming desperate, her silvery pools glittering with every raw emotion she felt. "Thank you," she said sweetly as she took her plate, her mouth watering with anticipation. It smelled so good. Looked it too. She found that her appetite was not nearly as big as before, her hunger having shifted else where towards the man beside her. She too had seen the way Morgan looked at the waitress, having had half a mind to say something but ultimately decided against it. She let a hand drop below the table, her eyes set on Jace as she ran her hand slightly up the back of his shirt again, her nails raking against his skin lightly. It would have been enough to catch attention, tickle perhaps if he was the type, and leave the faintest of red marks to serve as a gentle reminder of where her hands had been. Her attention was torn away in time to catch Morgan stealing food from his brothers plate, making her giggle quietly. Boys. She withdrew her hand, focusing on her food for the time being. She needed to eat before she was too uninterested to do so. She'd taken a few bites, her strong desperation having started to fade until Jace started up again. "It's really good," she nodded, a grin playing at the corners of her lips as he asked for a bite. She was blushing just a bit, his playful words getting to her once more. She readied a bite on her fork, more than willing to let him have some. "Here, love," she said softly, placing a finger gently beneath his chin as she held the bite out to him. She'd be happy to try some of his as well, or at least tease him in the aspect of having some of what was his.

Jace Jace rolled his eyes, watching as she lifted the spoon toward him. "I can get it myself," he muttered softly, though there was a playful glint in his eyes that softened his words. He paused, letting his gaze linger on her for a brief moment, a flicker of something tender flashing across his face. Just for a second, his usual guarded expression melted away, revealing a hint of warmth before he leaned forward and took the bite. As he chewed, he couldn't help but smirk, clearly amused by the small gesture. Jace let the flavor settle on his tongue, savoring it with deliberate slowness, as if he were drawing out every second. His gaze stayed locked onto hers, refusing to break eye contact. There was a hint of mischief in his eyes, a silent challenge mixed with something deeper as he held her stare. When he finally pulled back, he swallowed slowly and tauntingly, a slight smirk tugging at the corners of his lips. It was as though he wanted her to feel every second of his enjoyment. "Yours is good; I almost want to steal another bite," Jace murmured, his voice soft and teasing as he leaned in close, his gaze lingering on her in the warm, intimate glow of the restaurant booth. He held her eyes for a moment longer, his smirk deepening, like he was savoring more than just the taste. Just as he was about to reach for another bite, his father’s voice cut through, calling his name from across the table. With a reluctant sigh, Jace pulled back, settling into the booth with one arm draped along the back, but he kept one hand resting close to hers. He glanced at his father, the faintest hint of amusement in his eyes. “We’ve picked out a dress,” he replied, his tone nonchalant, as though the details weren’t all that pressing. “Venue and date?” he shrugged lightly, as if they were mere formalities yet to be decided. His father turned his attention to Colette, giving her a warm smile. “Have you chosen a color scheme?” he asked, his voice curious. Jace’s eyes flicked back to her, a spark of intrigue softening his gaze as he watched her reaction. His hand brushed against hers under the table, a subtle, intimate touch as he waited for her answer, his faint smirk telling her he was enjoying this small moment between them—even with his father watching. •Colette• • Colette giggled softly, a grin appearing across her pretty face. "I know~ But it'll be cute to watch," she teased playfully, holding still while he leaned in and took the bite. She watched him with a softness in her eyes, her heart warmed by the moment that they were sharing and the way he had looked at her. "And you do look SO cute," she teased again, though she was very serious at the same time. She loved the way he took his time, taunting and teasing her with his enjoyment. She didn't break his eye contact, a playful glint gleaming in her orbs. It was as though she'd silently accepted whatever challenge he offered as she drew her bottom lip between her teeth for a brief nibble. He'd barely done anything but he was driving her positively wild. She enjoyed seeing him enjoying himself. She could feel it as though she was the one savoring him, his smirk drawing her in and whispering the little things she needed to hear. "I won't stop you," she laughed softly, leaning in a little closer towards him. She was caught in the moment in that soft glow of the restaurant. She just couldn't get enough of him. Jace was like the voice in the void calling her name, beckoning her deeper so that she could get lost in peaceful oblivion. Her hand was reaching for his beneath the table, but the sound of another voice interrupting brought her out of that drunken stupor that had captured her mind. Colette sat back as well, resisting the urge to pout a little playfully. She could feel his warmth close to hers, and she wanted so bad to have him touching and loving on her. Physical affection had became her love language so fast, but in the public eye it was the small, intimate touches that made her slowly unravel. And he knew just exactly what he was doing to her. Colette turned her attention to his father as wedding details were starting to be discussed. They still wanted things to move along so fast, but she didn't necessarily mind anymore. It was still scary, but Jace made it worth the fear. She hummed, shrugging slightly. She was ever aware of Jace's hand brushing hers, a chill shooting down her spine as a small smirk twitched up the corners of her lips as she spoke. "I haven't given it much thought. I'm thinking softer tones, though. Like sage green and light yellow or perhaps a satin baby blue," she answered honestly. She'd been too caught up in Jace to truly think about planning the wedding. Beneath the table she traced her fingertips over the back of his hand lightly, teasingly almost. A small sign that she too was perfectly fine with sharing such little, powerful moments right in front of his father. No matter how bashful she may become.
