Just don't put her into stressful situations. Like avoid putting her through new experiences (like putting her into a COMPLETELY new cage, or have her "outside" time be different than usual. Now, I used to have rats, but they love having hidey spots so definitely get her a "cave" (I briefly used cardboard box, that had cat feed. But with cardboard it can get soaked with urine etc. so that needs to be changed periodically). No loud/sudden noises, and you should worry about stress when she gives birth haha. Deffo check out Youtube videos on this, there are couple of good ones

You set a net and cup your paw around the frog to try to make it jump into your net. It takes a couple tries but eventually the little frog jumps and falls into your small net!

You run a ways down the path and stop to look back when you don't hear it chasing you. The Rot Hound is still staring at you, but seeing that you're afraid of it it decides to leave you alone and walks the other direction down the path.
A tree cracks loudly somewhere in the distance, making you jump. But you gather your bearings and continue on.
