Merlin | Alph | Male | M: Echo and Night He lashed his bushy tail. He barked "Arlight fan out. I want us to keep an eye distance of each other. You see a prey. Catch it and let us know." Merlin moved finding a cave in his eyesights. His head tilted trying to get a better look.
(this sucks but Merlin's group posted. But I'm having some writer's block and watching a movie)

Sable/Female/subordinate/m: Direclty: Star, Jeraboa, and Timber Sable took a deep breath, taking in the faint, earthy scent of the plains mingling with the fresh water nearby. The idea of exploring this uncharted land filled her with a mixture of excitement and caution. She couldn’t help but scan the group one last time, her eyes lingering on each member to make sure they were alert and prepared for the task. “Remember,” She said, her voice steady, “we stick together, no matter what we find. This isn’t familiar ground, so let’s keep our wits about us.” As they started toward the river, Sable took the lead, her paws moving carefully over the uneven ground. She glanced back at Star, Jeraboa, and Timber, grateful to have them as her team. Sable constantly had her eyes peeled for any sign of potential danger – whether it was a predator’s track, sharp rocks underfoot, or anything else that could pose a threat to them or cause injury. Her mind buzzed with possibilities, wondering what lay further along the river, whether there would be a safe spot to rest, or even a sheltered area. “We should look for signs of fresh prey too,” Sable murmured, half to herself and half to the others. “If we find any small prey animals, it could be a good opportunity to hunt. We don’t know when the next chance will come, and it’s better to be prepared.”

Star/Female/subordinate/M: Sable, Jeraboa & Timber (directly) She nodded in response, her ears twitching as she picked up on a rabbit, tapping the ground in a specific pattern to let them know as she crouched low. She tracked it a bit then froze, her limbs tense as she got ready to pounce then sprang, her jaws immediately crushing the large rabbit’s neck and she gave a satisfied grunt. “this should at least feed my group!” She brought it back to the others, taking a leg for herself and setting the rest down to be split among the others.

Deverick - M - Subordinate - Mention(s): Anubis, Lidiya ~ His legs weren't feeling any better, and his marching band was now in time with his jelly legs. The good news - if there was any - were that his thirst was gone. If that was any better. Anubis quietly stalking ahead and lying down in a shaded little area in a clearing they had come to was practically an invitation for Deverick to get there on legs that really hurt, and flop down the moment he reached there. "Are you alright?" His half-sister's bark made him look blearily upwards at her, despite his legs - which were really killing him at this point - screamed at him to not move. "I'll be alright." Repeating the words that he had spoken what felt like a dozen times now, he tried to assure himself that he was alright. Although, he wasn't sure if he really was. His half-sister's mouth tightened slightly - the only indication that she was worried for him. "Stay here with Anubis. I'll go find something." She must be really worried, if she's doing things for me, Deverick thought as he nodded, and in the pain and heat either passed out or fell asleep. He couldn't tell. He was already unconscious.

Lidiya - F - Subordinate - Mention(s): Deverick, Anubis (ind: Merlin) ~ Lidiya could see, despite her younger brother's certainties, that he was most definitely not alright. Never had he stumbled and almost fell so many times in quick succession, only to right himself on what looked like painful legs and pretend it never happened. While Lidiya may not have exactly agreed with her younger half-brother at times, she was honour-bound to look after him. Right now, he was definitely not alright. Which meant, as Anubis silently led them towards a shady den space, instead of quietly talking away with Anubis on the silly Alpha's orders, she was hanging back with her half-brother. "Are you alright?" Deverick didn't seem to be alright, from the way he flopped down right next to the entrance. For that, Lidiya honestly had no clue why. She was alright - the rest of the pack seemed fine. Deverick just seemed to be getting hit the most - either from the sedatives, the sunshine, the heat, or a mixture of them all, she couldn't tell. "I'll be alright." Her brother didn't want her help, she could tell. Either that, or he had told so many of the others the same thing that he couldn't tell anymore. Either way, he was quite clearly lying from how he had been treating his legs the entire journey. Lidiya quietly cursed Merlin under her breath for making Deverick go this way, out of all ways. Couldn't he have gone some easier route instead? "Stay here with Anubis. I'll go find something." Screw what Anubis thought at the moment - she cared for her younger brother, despite all of her outward appearances. Right now, he needed a bit of assistance. She loped off, looking for something that she could carry in her mouth long enough to bring back to him. She was worried, definitely. Worried enough that she was doing things for him where she usually never would have. But then, it wasn't every day that her younger brother could barely walk.
