Your wolves need staggered dominance, make sure every wolf has a different amount of dominance and your pack happiness should go back up.
Also, make sure all of your wolves have good or excellent affinity, if you want that 100% pack happiness, you'll need all of your wolves to have excellent affinity.

A defect is something that changes your wolves in some way and is classified when it is stated as a birth defect in your wolf page. Defects are split into three groups-pelt defects, cp hindering defects, and defects that currently have no effect on wolves. Pelt defects change the color and morphology of your wolf's coat like the chimera or vitiligo defect. Some of these defects may have variations like Chimera 10 or 2. CP or attribute hindering defects are defects that reduce the CP capacity on a specific attribute or attributes on a wolf like the blind or deaf defect. The last group deals with the other defects that have no known effect on a wolf as of right now such as the extra kidneys defect.
