Ok I did a few doodles to get past art block. Here is King Valentine! Travis'... grandfather of some sort (He's been dead for 1,000 years.) I don't like this design so I'm definetly redoing it. But he's four times Travis' size in his dragon form! More on him shortly.

Aaaand Valentino! Named after Valentine! He's not direct kin to Valentine, but instead like a distant relative (kin to one of Valentine's siblings) and cousin to Travis! He's also Coralie's love interest! (The one she shot and shoved off a cliff, believing him to be dead for several years...) He's not a dragon, but a drake which means he has no wings. Though like Travis, his was tested on by the Midlock Program to be turned into a weapon. And like Travis, he too broke free (after Coralie 'killed' him).

In comparison to Travis, he is MUCH smaller, and more built for stealth/speed than brute strength. He also has a venomous bite >:3 I want to yap more but yall here for the art, not the lore

Wasn't going to post this but I want to rant on some Tricier facts hehe <333.

Anyways, this is a scrapped design for Valentino! It's uncommon for Tricier's to come as drakes. 80% of Tricier's are dragons (four legs, two wings) but it's not unheard of for drakes to appear! I want to integrstuff cheekse more Tricier's into my story, but that may stay for side stories since the whole point of the main story is that Tricier's aren't prevelant ^^'

But for the main series at least, all Tricier's (So far) are fire ONLY. And those without fire are usually sick/abnormal. Yet I want to explore other breeds of Tricier. Like the rare and seclusive Winter Tricier's who somehow thrived in cold wstuff cheeksher, or the Mountain Tribe (name in progres...) that were larger yet had less fire. I think though the only consistent trait is their anatomy. I'm sort of basing them off of lions/other large cats but on a larger scale. (Heh, get it?)

Anyways, there's my story rant for this evening. <3

EDIT: Personality wise, Tricier's are VERY territorial, even in their human state. It's not the main reason that Travis is grumpy, but a reason for sure.
