Right, here's a lil video that I made for Distant-Lands to show how I shade in 2 minutes. Very quickly done, but I thought my gallery stalkers might find it interesting too!

Polar I'm glad! <33 Eheh thank you so much! And thank you for ABing my auction <33 so glad to have got the chance to draw such a cool OC. Two more art pieces, I did a lil collab for fun and to use as an example for our auction. This is a collab with AyukioCC, so he did the lines, colour and special effects. I did the sketch, shading and background. These are our OCs Sistreth and Rascal.  Annnnd also, here's a piece for Chlorinelight in Draw the OC above you. Here's the WIP I did on my phone.  Here's the sketch on my graphics tablet  Annnd here's the finished piece - as you can see I didn't end up lining, just cleaned up the sketch.  |

I can't wait to see it when it's done! :0 - The way that the process video takes a flat head and sculpts it into a 3D form (in two minutes, no less) is such a magical joy to watch, thank you for sharing your process. <3 - Sistreth and Rascal look majestic here holy heck, fantastic work both of you! <3 - ChlorineLight's oc looks like such a darling here, I love the use of warm tones on the final render, and the expressions across both pieces. :3 |
