I use Paint,
It was on my pc the first so I've used it for like ~5 years
I tried using Ibis, you can use Demo, but you only draw for one hour UNLESS you pay for premium, and I don't like using money if I don't have to.

Medibang is another app I love for drawing. I use it on my tablet when Krita bugs out but I also loved to use it on my phone.

i dont know what youre using currently but kleki's alright (and browserbased)
i use magma (browserbased) which is really nice to use but you do have to have an account (it doesnt have to be a real email)
krita is a free app (no account required, i think) that's more 'professional' but when i tried to use it it was really buggy so,,,

So I've seen people (from other sites) use Flickr for stock images as well, is that a credible place to get stock images from?

If the image is free stock, then yes.

If it's not uploaded as free stock then no

I know humans aren't allowed, but what about characters that are Anthros, since they are humanoid but don't have many human features except for hands and walking upright?

Human art is not allowed onsite anywhere apart from in chat. It is not allowed on the forums, nor to be commissioned from players. I believe it is also allowed in PMs but I am not 100% on that.

Anthros do not have recognisable human features so both anthros and furries are allowed.
