could you just change graham's to fish person / human hybrid. I couldn't figure out a way to incorporate the anglerfish or siren stuff so I guess he's just a fish person hybrid |

Sea otter! I'm thinking that he used to be a sea otter hunter for Elven Kingdom folk, and got cursed one hunt. A reference to how otter hunting became a big problem in the middle ages.
