I genuinely find it interesting how cat clans are so popular in a non-Fandom setting. Out of that trope, I really don't like the concept of prey holes. Is that what they're called? Don't remember exactly but it's not realistic, as they're just piling up prey in a hole, or den and leaving it there for later. The meat would not only rot but attract bugs and other predator animals. :P I've also noticed that prey holes leaked into practically any animal RP to a extent. |

I strongly dislike the "No LGBTQ+" rule. my guy. if people want to have gay romance they can have gay romance. |

That's probably something I've done animal wise. I should say semi-realistic instead of realistic. I've never done a strictly realistic roleplay, espeically with animals |

I think for the few animal RPs I did that were strictly realistic, I didn't allow LGBTQ+. I guess I didn't think animals could be gay etc.? Is that a thing? Should I start allowing that now? If an animal RP I did was even remotely unrealistic, I always allowed LGBTQ+. I dunno. And then of course in any human RP of mine, lgbtq+ is always welcome :) |

Well, if you want LGBTQIA in certain roleplays, go for it. It is your roleplay. But I, personally, have never encountered an LGBTQIA animal roleplay, and definitely not a "realistic" one. That's just me though. And I've never really liked the labels, in all honesty. Semi-literate, literate, realistic, fantasy, etc. The main reason for this is because others overuse those, if that makes sense. "Semi-literate" roleplays in the Literate section, Fantasy roleplays in the Realistic section and so on and so forth. At best, I would say the "literacy" labels work more, as usually these literacies have a set limit. For me, literate is 500 words or over, but many do a simple 200. Semi literate for me is around 300 - 400. This varies between people, and that's what I'm saying. What's the definite definition of literate and semi-literate? |

If you want a strictly realistic roleplay, I don't think ANY romance should be allowed. |

Like those few roleplays that say "The main focus is NOT romance," Then they proceed to focus the entire roleplay around them and their character's crush. |

I really dislike it when relationships are planned even before the RP. What's worse is the relationships that develop in the first page, and a character is somehow 'claimed' as a romantic interest through a single 'hello'. |
