Lol. It was an animal RP, so ranks are/were needed, but they still thought bullying me and only treating my charatcers like crap was alright. I promtly made sure they couldnt be in any of my RPs after that. Another time they had a high rank, their alpha threatened to kill my Beta (without permission), and then they exiled, forcing me out of the rank (again, without permission) 7 posts into an RP that wasnt theirs to begin with (And once more, blamed me) |

If you're going to manage a RP, be mature,,, 4. "Realistic" RPs that aren't realistic at all unless certain real-world details will give the owner's characters an obvious advantage. I see this way too much :')) Others that would weaken their character are ignored 5. Unorganized sign-ups 6. Over-powered leader roles (this is here because owners usually grab leader roles) 7. Don't fully read over forms and allow people in who blatanly break the rules/let them off the hook because "they know them." 8. Break their own rules or defy their own plot, or make a Mary Sue and use the "well they affect the plot" excuse.
I don't think I've done an overpowered leader or defied my plot but I've probably done the rest of those things at least once. If I let someone in who breaks rules, I have a hard time saying no. I haven't thrown fits when people break my rules. I do adjust them and let everybody know |

This one was for no reason. When I denied them a high rank in another RP I made, I explained they were far too power hungry to be in a high rank due to all their characters being rude (and I mean ALL). I told them they could have lower ranks, but promptly decided to not join because they couldn't have a high rank right off the bat. |

You know what would be interesting. If at the end of their form I made them tell me how their form follows the rules, so that they have to read it. |
