My alliance battles an alliance.

My alliance wins.

I get a PM saying that my alliance won and I got 25 mushrooms.

I have 0 mushrooms.

Is this a bug?

And what does: "If you have not won today, who have earned 25 mushrooms!" mean? Does it mean that if I was the one who made my alliance win, I get no mushrooms? In other words, if someone else made my alliance win, I get 25 mushrooms?

I hope this makes sense.

It means if your alliance wins during that day you only get 25 mush no matter how many times they win. Its only 25 mush per day
