Appearance (WIP): Ione is.... a very strange dragon, to say the least. The front half of her body is relatively normal, with two powerful front legs and two large wings which protrude from her shoulders. Her front legs, however, are not used to walk. Rather, they are used almost solely for digging tunnels for her to reside in. Instead, it's her wings, which have two finger like appendages at the wing thumb, that are used to drag her forward along the ground and through the tunnels she lives in. She does so by sinking the claws on her wings into the dirt (whether in is below or beside her). The wing membranes start at as a golden honey-brown and slowly fade to a rich indigo-purple. Between the membrane colors are tiny specks of lighter browns and purples that are speckled throughout the membrane. A long neck protrudes from her shoulders and ends at a narrow snout, similar to that or a komodo dragon or nile monitor. Her eyes are a golden hue and her tongue is long and forked. Her teeth are sharp and medium sized. They are used more so for gripping prey rather than tearing, and point backwards to help hold prey in place. Towards the back of her skull, two ram horns curve down to the middle line of her head (a tad bit below the line of her mouth) before curving back into themselves. As normal as her top half may seem, it is Ione's bottom half that makes her seem a tad bit odd. The bottom half of her body extends out into what is described as a snake's tail. No second pair of legs is found here. Rather, she slithers forward just like an acutal snake, hence the nickname. Her long tail ends in a sharp spear-like tip. Her scales start out as a sepia brown at her head then fades into a tumble weed brown before fading back into the sepia brown from before. The scales then fade into a whiteish gray, and finally fade into a deep indigo at the tip of her tail. Her underbelly follows a similar pattern, but it ends at the second time the tumble weed brown occurs. It starts out as a darker dandelion yellow before fading in a pale yellow, and back again. The yellows of her underbelly also take on a brownish hue to them.
Personality: Ione is a very hothead and stubborn dragon, often choosing to attack first and think or talk later. She is very protective over her belongings, and will not hesitate to threaten those who get too close. However, if one gains her trust, they will find a very loyal companion by their side whenever she is called upon. Ione also hates bowing down to anyone and often proceeds to rebel against many higher up dragons.
Other: -Such is her nature, Ione has yet another oddity to her. Rather than the normal elemental breaths that other dragons have (such as water, fire, or lightning), Ione has the ability to spew dirt/dust out of her maw at high speeds much like a sandstorm. She uses this ability to sufficate her prey and enemies. However, her breath is rarely used as it has a limit, unlike most other breaths.
-Ione is weak to sand due to how loose it is. It prevents her from digging tunnels, so she often avoids the stuff.
