Appearance
At first glance, Jabez could be any dark furred mountain lion, even if tehre isn't technically any melanistic mountain lion on record. His silky, shiny black fur is smooth and sleek, and looks absolutely normal from afar. But, if one attempted to touch the fur, or look closet, they would notice the feathers. They sprout upwards on the neck, giving his head a sort of regal crown around it. They sprout downwards on the legs, fanning out near the paw. But the most easily noticeable feathers are the three long ones protruding from the base of his tail. One rests on top of his tail, while he keeps the other two on either side of the tail.

He has a muscular build. He is lean, yet he packs a punch and can sure as hell fight. His fangs and claws are sharp. His claws are particularly long, going in an arch like talons. His eyes are a majestic blue, nearing white near the pupil.

Personality
Loner. He doesn't like being social. And when he does, he uses what he is told to exploit the person for his own use. He doesn't like being social fr multiple reasons, an extensive list. He expecially hates when people touch him. He prides hiself in his appearence, like his straight feathers and sleek fur. His feathers get bent easily, and on his black fur, it is extremely easy to see things like dirt, or snow, ect.
-Snarky and disrespectful. He doesn't listen to anyone, for anything. He deosn't care if he is demanded to do something by someone 10x stronger than him, he is not going to care, let alone do it. He will snap back at epople and be a complete *Cough Vough* and does not give a *COUGH*.
-Manipulative. He will use what he is told to exploit for his own benefit. He'll ask nicely, be sweet, even let people tuch him, if he can get useful info from a person.

Strengths
Secretiveness- He can keep thngs to himself and stay in the shadows.
Strength- He is powerful in battle and in general.
Climbing- He is amazing at climbing things, like rocks, logs, cliffs, ect.
Weakness
Speed- He is relatively big, and his feathers do add some extra weight to his body though not much. He is also somewhat clumsy whith his curved claws so runnig at high speeds is somethng he can't do.
Stealth- His black fur is not always useful. It can affect him poorly if, say, there is snow, or hes in the middle of a meadow. It makes him easy to spot.
Swimming- Swimming gets him messy, and it weighs doen his fur and feathers, even worsening his speed. He also.... can't swim. So, he'd also be dead.
Likes
Being alone- He just doesn't appreciate company
Darkness- Its easier to blend in and he feels safer.
Stars- He likes them a lot. He can identify almost every major star and constellation.
Dislikes
Water- He doesn't, as said, liek water, mainly because he veiws it as dirty and also because he can't swim in it.
Socialization- He doesn't like poeple. At all.
Physical Touch- It ruffles his fur and feathers and it just annoys him.
