Skylar melted into the kiss, raising a hand to rest it on Alex's chest. He's been waiting all day to kiss him. Sky leaned more and more into Alex. His chest was almost pressed Alex and he was almost in his lap as well. Skylar needed this so he didn't want it to end anytime soon. With the hand that was on Alex's chest, Sky moved it to the back of Alex's hair. He grabbed a fistful playfully before being gentle. Sky grew more heated as the kiss progressed, so he knew they had to stop soon. If they didn't, they'd have a certain problem on their hands and Sky really didn't want to push Alex or make him think anything bad. He slowed down a bit and moved to sit back again. He didn't stop kissing Alex until he was sitting back down. Slowly, Sky pulled away, making soft eye contact as soon as he opened his eyes. "Fuck, I wanted to do that all day Alex." Sky said, in a breathy whisper, still being quite close to Alex's face. He didn't stay close to his face for long. He leaned back and released the gentle grip of his hair, sliding it down his chest before pulling it into his own lap.

The moment his lips met Skylar's, Alex all but fell into the kiss. Lifting an arm he draped it around Skylar's neck, his heart hammering wildly in his chest as he felt the boy he liked melt into the kiss and respond to it by leaning closer. All day he'd waited for this, for a moment where they could be alone together, unseen and unbothered by the world, and now that it was finally here he didn't want it to stop, didn't want this moment of perfection to come to an end. Sky was like an oasis amidst the sandy dunes of the barren and burning desert landscape of Alex's life. Each kiss, each touch like a balm, soothing the pain of his fractured soul that the constant rejection of his family, his community, had dished out. True neither his parents nor friends knew what or rather who he really was but that didn't stop the jabbing pain each cold, thoughtless, and careless word about people like him brought on. He hadn't realized how much he craved acceptance until he'd met Skylar and they'd kissed in that darkened room at Bev's party. Hadn't realized how much he needed someone to see him as he was and not who he pretended to be. ` Feeling as Skylar's hand traveled up from his chest and to the back of his head to grab a fistful of his dark hair, Alex shivered. When the kiss came to an end, each heated moment slowing into something calmer, more gentle, before finally his lips were met with the coolness of air as Skylar pulled away, Alex drew in a breath. For a moment his eyes remained closed before he slowly opened them and looked up at the boy before him. Hearing the words that were whispered breathlessly he couldn't stop the smile from forcing its way onto his lips. "That makes two of us then," Alex said his own voice barely above a whisper and words more breathy than he cared to admit. As he felt Skylar remove his hand from his hair, Alex did the same, letting his arm draw back and away from where he'd hooked it around Skylar's neck.

Sky couldn't resist not touching him and being closer, so without any warning, Sky hugged Alex and brought both of them down so they'd be lying on the bed. Sky chuckled a bit while being on top of him, he then let his body relax for a moment. He didn't stay ontop of him for long, he moved to lay beside Alex but still stayed pretty close. He kept their bodies touching and brought an arm up to lay it across his chest. Looking up through his lashes, he simply admired the boy laying beside him. He brought his hand up to caress his cheek gently before resting it on his neck. He then laid there, taking in Alex's scent. He shut his eyes and relaxed, moving in as close as he could get to Alex. Alex would have been content to remain seated there, drowning in the emerald forest that was Skylar's eyes. However, when he was suddenly embraced and laid down on the bed his eyes widened in surprise before a rich and warm laugh escaped his throat, his blue hues never straying from Skylar. Looking up at the boy who was on top of him, Alex smiled and, after a moment's pause, lifted a hand to brush away some of the hair from his face. He let his fingers brush against Skylar's temple as he did so before slowly pulling his hand back. "This is perfect." He said softly once Skylar was off of him and lying on the bed beside him. Drawing in a breath he shifted a little and rolled onto his side to face him. He watched then, as Skylar brought his hand up to caress his cheek before letting it come to rest on his neck, and Alex found himself leaning into the touch. Drawing in a breath, he let himself relax, any tension that had been in his shoulders easing, and watched as Skylar lay so very close to him, eyes closed and a look of relaxed contentment on his face. ((No worries.))

Sky kept his eyes closed, nuzzling into Alex's neck. He pulled him in closer as if they weren't already close enough. It wasn't close enough for Skylar. His arm then rested on Alex's back after pulling him in. Skylar hummed before opening his eyes, "Im tired," he whined quietly. Skylar grabbed onto Alex's shirt, hugging him a bit tighter. Then in that moment, he remembered that he was supposed to text his mom. He shrugged it off, not wanting to get up. He didn't want to let go of Alex just yet. (Again, so sorry its short Im distracted)

Alex did his best to ignore the way his heart lept upon feeling Skylar nuzzle into his neck and pull him closer. Feeling Skylar's chest against his own, his arms draped over him and his hand resting on his back, Alex smiled. He kept his gaze on the male's face, taking in everything he could, the thickness of his eyelashes, the arch of his brow, the sharpness of his jawline, and then his perfectly crafted lips. It was only the sight of those lips moving and the sound of Skylar's voice that pulled Alex's attention from memorization. "Tired?" He repeated before nodding. Today, he could only imagine that it had been exhausting for Skylar, considering all that had taken place a few weeks ago and his extended absence. Well, he didn't doubt that suddenly being among peers again had been difficult. "Can I ask how school was?" He asked softly, his blue hues still on the boy before him.

Skylar looked up through his lashes at Alex. He was clearly tired from the day. When Alex asked the dreaded question about school, he closed his eyes, buried his face into his neck, and let out a tiny groan. "Tiring," Sky began, breathing in Alex deeply, "And weird" Sky finished, his voice muffled from being nuzzled into Alex's neck. His grip on Alex tightened, not wanting to let go. Sky took in a couple more deep breaths before lifting his face to look at Alex. He rested his head back down, keeping his eyes on Alex's blue hues. "I don't know if I can do it." Sky said quietly, looking down at Alex's lips, then back at his eyes.

Alex's gaze softened when Skylar looked up at him. It was clear to him then that he was far more tired than he'd originally thought. Had the day truly been so exhausting for him? Silently he listened as Skylar began answering his question, frowning a little upon hearing that it had both been tiring and weird. Biting at his bottom lip he studied Skylar, trying to figure out what to say, how best to help him. Before he could begin to say anything though, he felt Skylar moving to rest his head down, his green hues locked onto his own blue gaze, and then he listened as Skylar spoke once again. The frown Alex wore deepened ever so slightly at that. For a long moment, he was still and quiet before he lifted a hand from where he'd let it rest on the mattress between them and gently placed it against Skylar's face, tenderly cupping his cheek. "Tell me what I can do to help?" He requested, his voice soft and his genuine desire to do whatever he could to help Skylar genuine in his tone and his gaze.
