i haven't bred twins myself so i can't confirm it says it in the report but if a wolf has a twin they will be linked to on the wolf's page

I wouldn't know then, since accounts don't randomly link to someone else's, unless they were created under the same ip adress, or if someone used your internet to access WolfPlay for some reason.

Did you happen to create your account at school or an internet open for the public to use for free?
