so, last weekend, I was visiting my s/o, andy registrated here. and the site said we are one household. problem is, now I'm at home and I'm definitely on an other ip adress and stuff, but I'm still the same household as my s/o. What can I do?

no not a bug, it just takes some time to 'forget' i guess.
this happened to me twice, the first time i received help from Eve and she helped set the IPs right i think
the second time if i remember correctly, i asked my friend to log once into all their accounts at their place. and i did the same for my accounts at my place to make sure my accounts' IPs are again set to my house's.
if my second time's solution doesn't work, you can wait for a mod or Eve to respond. |

How much is a few? We both logged in 3 times now (without the game logging us out because of timeout), and it is still not working. :( |

Out of curiosity, did you both happen to create the two accounts under the same IP address?
If so then both accounts are permanently linked, and won't unlink |

It seems like it, because I created the account at my mates household. ANd there is nothing that can be done about it? That's sad. :(
