I run an equine therapy barn and the amount of people who get helped just by being around gentle Giants is amazing. Even if you aren't riding them, just petting them and being around them helps people calm down.

Love, I recommend a parent, a teacher you trust, or get your sis to help out. If this keeps happening I also recommend seeing a therapist and trying to talk it out. That's where I'm headed now anyway (art therapy recommended by my therapist, but therapy nonetheless.) and unless you're allergic, I can also recommend equine therapy. Went from panic attacks every time I blinked to maybe once every 2 weeks ish with rare exception

he closes his eyes and drifts into sleep it was a nightmare he watched in terror as a bear came out soaked in the pups and his mates blood he breaks down and falls to the ground in disbelief he lost it all.... the bear ignored him and walked away... he runs to the den which is covered in blood. in the corner 3 unmoving small bodies and his mates body he runs over as tears roll down his fur "no no this cant be!"(you feel his heart rate increase alot after a while and a tear rolls down his eye)
