I run an equine therapy barn and the amount of people who get helped just by being around gentle Giants is amazing. Even if you aren't riding them, just petting them and being around them helps people calm down.

Love, I recommend a parent, a teacher you trust, or get your sis to help out. If this keeps happening I also recommend seeing a therapist and trying to talk it out. That's where I'm headed now anyway (art therapy recommended by my therapist, but therapy nonetheless.) and unless you're allergic, I can also recommend equine therapy. Went from panic attacks every time I blinked to maybe once every 2 weeks ish with rare exception

Winter scoots a little closer to Zinyan. "You will be okay, you will be alright." She whispers before curling up closer to Zinyan and started to groom him. Winter starts to hum a soothing song. Making sure he is okay has become her first priority.
