You can have unlimited premium accounts. If your premium runs out and you go back to basic, you risk getting it deleted.

I remember reading somewhere three free ones but infinite premium. So I believe if you made one Premium it would be fine because you'd have two free, one premium

Only three basic accounts. Making another one after turning one to an upgraded account is the same as trying to get around the rule.

I suggest waiting til one of your basics is deleted before making another.
