In WoW when your familiar kills the last wolf, it doesn't give lupin claws,
is this a bug?

It's a premium feature Pack>Pack activities>Scroll down> press Specializations>Choose what you want to upgrade and then complete the task and voila! you get either a chance of more talents more BE more explore moves etc
