I am on level 1 explore and the bar is completely full but it won't let me go to the next level I've tried to see if there is one or two spots I missing and I have been backtracking along the map Non-Stop for 2 days
please help.

Have you defeated all the enemies for the level? You need to make sure you cover all the spaces and defeat all the enemies. If you're lost you can buy a map from Barter that'll show you what you've missed in order to complete the level. :)
