Nabih probably brought in a majority, so that everyone will see him as more of an authority, so maybe:

Nabih: Evie, TJ, Axel, Gwyar

Axel: Leroy, Ethan

And then Cal just appeared one day and didn't leave.

Possibly, but I don't think it's a necessity unless they were brought in directly after something happened where the bringer-in could see.
