So I totally headcanon Cal being the mom friend of his old gang. Just, like, he'd bake cookies and hand them out every week, and make sure everyone's not bleeding out, and generally just parents these guys/gals/pals who are otherwise extremely cold & aggressive criminals, and they all just let him. Because hey, why would you turn down perfectly good chocolate chip/caramel/pecan cookies? |
