In exploring, I've received two rabbit pelts for offerings at the temple. Offerings did not show up til I finished exploring the first level; to be expected. Yet, once I fell across a temple in level 2, it still states that I have no offerings for it. I tried un-burying my offerings and trying it again, as well as burying them and trying yet again. Still, the temple is not reconizing my account as having any offerings for it. Help?

It's not a bug. You need to craft a bundle to offer. You'll need rabbit skin, otter skin, javelina skin, jackal skin and sun bear skin to craft a skin bundle which you can offer.
