I read over the game rules though and couldn't actually find anything specifically stating it was against the rules though. :')

I do remember this being a rule previously though.

I don't believe it's worded as 'loans' now though. But asking for loans still isn't allowed

Do you know where it states it in the rules? I just can't find it. :')

I have no doubts that it's still a rule, but it almost seems like an unwritten one at this point.
