The right side of the mouth looks a tad bit distorted to me. And I think it would be rather cool if you gave a bit more attention to the 'extra' flowers or maybe choose one or two types of flowers to use in the entire piece.

Other than that, I think it looks pretty grstuff cheeks! That's mostly just my personal opinion.
