Ok love, just do your best to get through the test. Close your eyes and count as high as you can. Try to keep your breathing even as best you can. as long as you breath you'll be ok. If you hyperventilate it'll make it worse (from experience)

I updated this a bit: Added that you can only manage your alliance if you're premium and that you can still delete your alliance if it does run out.

I was wondering whenever two alliances fight is it just randomly generated? Or can you actually challenge an alliance on purpose?

It's random. After an Alliance wins or loses, it gets matched with a random other Alliance that has also been freed up.
