One of your other accounts? You don't. It's against the rules.

If you mean to someone else's account, you go to the wolf's page, scroll down to Manage wolf and select Sell

The wolf will be put up for public sale, meaning anyone can buy it

The only way to guarantee a wolf sells to the intended persons account is to buy premium and use the private sales feature.
