Help! I don't know what book to read next! . 1) I'm looking for a book (preferably just one book, not a series) that is set in the gilded ages and about a girl. I would prefer if it's not a romance, but if it is then perhaps only a light romance. . I'm also looking for.... . 2) A fantasy that is mostly about mythical creatures. . Thanks for doing this! Here are some books you might be interested in: - Fablehaven (Brandon Mull) - The American Heiress (Daisy Goodwin) - Winter Garden (Kristin Hannah) - Under a Gilded Moon (Joy Jordan-Lake) - What She Left Behind (Ellen Wiseman) Hopefully you like at least one of these! I'm not too familiar with books about the Gilded Age. Also, Fablehaven is a series, but each book can be read on it's own; you don’t have to read it like a series for it to make sense. If you don’t like any of these or want more options, let me know and I’ll keep looking!

I found more LGBTQ+ fantasy, sci-fi, and general fiction, if anyone is interested! Most of the new ones are wlw, however there are some bi, trans, and non-binary leads in quite a few of them. I also found a list of mlm.

Hello, everyone! This has been pretty quiet recently, but I’ve found more books that you might enjoy! So, here's a quick list: Alpha Goddess (Amalie Howard) - Fiction / Magical Realism around Hindu mythology; don't let the religious parts deter you, it's actually a really good book and is more about the mythology than the religion itself Croak (Gina Damico) - Basically a story about grim reapers, murder mysteries, and maybe a tiny bit of romance. It's a series. Deep Blue (Jennifer Donnelly) - Merfolk, a bit of mystery, and magic. It's a series. The Green Book (Jill Paton Walsh) - Sci-fi about humanity fleeing Earth, settling on a new planet, and trying to survive. Edited at September 25, 2021 11:17 AM by Evergreen

Help! I don't know what to read next! --- What are you interested in? I absolutely adore books with a twist at the end you never saw coming when reading and have you gasping. I love adventure fantasy or medieval books, usually never something modern. Something with an interesting concept about magic or a form of technology is also something I usually take interest in

If not, let me know and I can keep looking. Throne of Glass is a series, so it takes a while for everything to come together to create that grand finale plot twist, but it's worth the wait to see it happen, in my opinion.
