I think Melas with uncommon or above rarity eyes are very cool cause their darkness really highlights the gaze.

DH, CS, ES are all pretty fun to keep as battle wolves, put some gear and similar.

Hip Dysplasia is something I also like with a nice pelt (had a great little rockstar with this defect so that is why).

And red pelts with white marking are just awsome.
