The light of the moon is just enough to see such deep indentions in the ground, making your journey somewhat easier. You can't seem to shake the feeling that you're being watched, though.. Pack Fangsoffire You outstretch your arm, allowing this wounded beast to sniff at your rounded fingertips. Slowly, it lifts it's head forward and takes a very hesitant sniff. Immediately after, the wolf begins to sniff more intensely, licking your finger before chomping down rather harshly. Finding no food, the wolf snorts and backs off. You realize now that this is a female wolf, and has likely had a litter recently based on how her belly hangs. You think back to how sad she looked, curled up in the corner and wounded.. whimpering for her babies. There seems to be a moment of mutual respect as the wolf recognizes you're no longer a threat.
