I love the somewhat simple style and the designs, and the way you adopt your anatomy into its anime-ish style is lovely. I would say that I think in some of the human drawings, your proportions are a bit off? My suggestion is that whenever you draw something, you flip your canvas in order to make sure that everything looks right.
Oh, to explain a bit more, canvas-flipping is done because when you draw looking at it from one angle all of the time, you tend to subconsciously favor one site more. Drawings turn out a little disproportionate, then -- I've done it more times than I can count and then when I flipped it, it was incredibly ugly, so I recently forced myself to start doing it every time. Remember, art doesn't just suddenly start looking bad when you flip the canvas. You're just trying to look at it in at a different angle, because when you spend so long staring at one drawing, you start to adjust to it and you don't notice any of the flaws.
