Now onto the basics. The City.
Shizuka

Shizuka, a once vibrant city, now stands as a grim reminder of decay and neglect. Its streets are marred by filth and grime, with garbage strewn about and a pungent stench that hangs in the air. The city's infrastructure is crumbling, with broken sidewalks and dilapidated buildings serving as a testament to its deteriorating state.
However, it is not just the physical appearance of Shizuka that reflects its decay; its humanity system is equally disheartening. The people of this city are consumed by hatred and resentment, their hearts hardened by the harsh realities of life. Kindness and compassion are rare commodities, replaced by a pervasive sense of apathy and indifference towards one another.
In this desolate city, criminals roam freely, their presence felt in every corner. Shizuka has become a breeding ground for lawlessness, with gangs and thieves ruling the streets. Innocent citizens live in constant fear, their lives overshadowed by the constant threat of violence and theft.
Perhaps even more disheartening is the city's justice system, which fails to provide any semblance of fairness or retribution. The highest killers, those who have taken lives without remorse, receive a mere slap on the wrist. A sentence of ten years is a mockery of justice, a mere whisper of punishment for the irreparable damage they have caused.
The consequences of such a flawed system are evident in the eyes of the people. They have lost faith in the ability of the law to protect them, leading to a sense of hopelessness and despair. The criminals, emboldened by the leniency of the justice system, continue to wreak havoc without fear of significant repercussions.

The once bustling city now resembles a ghost town, its soul drained by the pervasive negativity that permeates every aspect of life.
