Oh. Why can't zombies not eat animals, then? I assumed the parasite made them eat other humans so they'd have reasoning to instinctively bite them. But that's good to know, considering we'll probably encounter a lot of animal zombies, too, then. |

Ah, okay. That checks out. Anyways, I think that rules out animal companionsihp, then, considering there's probably basically no wild animals left. They don't have safehouses or anything. |

Horses would still eat our characters-- They might seek out the flesh of their species (other horses), but if they had hoomans right in front of them, they won't be picky. |
